National Club Relay Championships
What a great weekend at Holme Pierrepont with six 4 Life Tri Teams competing. 4Life Tri Club had 2 winning teams - The Junior Male Team were crowned as National Relay Champions and we also had 2 juniors in the winning team in the Open category in the morning. Well done to all teams. Full results

Junior Training
We are now taking bookings for the junior courses that will begin again in September Junior Course Form These courses are for members only and the Thursday course is currently only open to the juniors who have previously trained at Keyworth. Welcome to 4life Tri Club. Based around the Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire borders we are one of the East Midlands leading triathlon clubs. We are a friendly club that comprises of over 150 members aged 8 – 65. Members range from GB representatives through to people training for their first triathlon. Everyone is welcome no matter what your goal.
Training takes place at different times throughout the week (see drop down tabs above) and we are always keen to welcome new members. Experienced qualified coaches provide an excellent training programme to enable novice and experienced triathletes reach their potential. On the first Tuesday of every month we hold introductory sessions at East Leake Leisure Centre - Adults are welcome to come along for 6.45pm with running and swimming kit, or if you prefer, simply come and chat to find out more. In 2008 4life Tri Club were awarded ‘East Midlands Triathlon Club of the Year’ and ‘Nottinghamshire Club of the Year’. In 2009 we won the East Midlands Inter-Club Junior Championship. We are affiliated to British Triathlon and British Cycling; hold both Star and Club mark accreditation and are a registered ‘Go-ride’ club.
